"The hotel is what you'd expect but could do few things to improve like adding a hand towel and one for the floor as half the bathroom would get wet when showering. Also the location was much further from the centre than shown on Expedia which has been a big disappointment, not hotel's fault but check Google maps before you book, it's a good 15 min walk to main square."

"Super friendly staff. Room was very large and nicely decorated. Great shower and very comfy beds. The lighting wasn't great for reading and the WiFi could be a bit patchy."

"Place was SUPER clean, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and efficient. It would have been even better if they had provided enough towels to match the amount of guests staying (we had 6 guests, they gave us 3 towels). Thankfully we brought our own towels with us. Definitely recommend!!! "

"This was a magical property with 3 cenotes on the property and a lovely walking trail around the property. Who is truly where we felt we could leave it all behind, come back to center and refill our bucket with positive vibes. Vibes. I highly recommend everything about staying here!"

"Staff incredible ! I highly recommend, friendly and relay welcoming ! The hostel offers a real experience of the city, and they organized fun things to gather ppl in the hostel. Really well located, close to the center of autobuses, I really had a great time and will miss the staff and the hostel !! "

"Pretty sure I was the only guest at the property. It was quiet, great location to see local sites. If you are ok with bare bones in nature this is good for you. Negatives, limited cell coverage in the area, and no wifi, so hope you are ok with a digital detox. Hot water wasn't really a thing."

"Very clean room, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and making the room very comfortable. Towels changed regularly, nice room with TV and netflix access. The only reason we scored 3 is due to the fact that we slept very poorly due to very loud noise. The hostel guests slept on top of our room and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and outside the room. For example every conversation in the courtyard felt as though it was taking place in the room and sadly it happened repeatedly...
