"What a beautiful hotel! The moment we walked in (well before check in after a long morning of travel), we were welcomed by Stephanie at the front desk with a smile. She allowed to store our luggage and relax at the cozy pool until our room was ready. We had lunch in the restaurant- delicious. We were shown to our room and absolutely loved each detail such as hammock, cookies, comfy bed and pillows, robes, a portable speaker and sliding door to the pool. The hotel is conveniently located, being close to the central parc and its church (on which a nice video projection was made some evenings on the history of the region). The breakfast is really good and filling (there is a menu with different options: chilaquiles, enchiladas, eggs with ham and toasts, fruits with yogourt, waffles). The staff is attentive to our requests (on how best to get somewhere for example) and is very patient with our limited spanish....

"The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. "
