"Our room was a fabulous yurt that had gorgeous view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanoes there. The grounds had lovely plants and flowers. There was no outlet to the lake but a pool instead. This was not totally clear in the readings I did about the property. They had a wonderful bar and restaurant for breakfast, snacks and dinner. Santa Catarina is a short Tuk Tuk drive away or you can walk about 15 minutes like we did. "

Gran servicio al cliente, el personal es muy atento y en mi caso resolvieron sin mayor tema una confusión que hubo en la reservación con relación al total de huéspedes en la reservación. Solo haría falta que renueven sus TVs por unas que permitan el uso de plataformas de streaming y corregir la gotera de la ducha. "

"I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. "
