Everything you could need is provided to include a very nice hot-tub, satellite internet, fireplace, and a grill. There are a few neighbors in the area that are not too close to be an issue. "This quaint, small cabin was exactly what my husband & I hoped for on our year-end vacation. It was quiet & perfect for thr two of us! The bed is FIRM so be prepared for that. Its great for those with back issues. Situated just 25min frim downtown Boone & 45min from Bammer Elk, we found it situated just far enough from where we wanted to venture out to dine. The rest of the time, we RESTED! Thank you for such a relaxing stay,we appreciate it!."

"This was a 5+ star property- clean, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations- could have used one additional bathroom upstairs so 4 adults did not have to share. 4 stars are due to the construction on a new-build next door. Work started at 7AM and continued until 6PM. The house shared a driveway so there was frequent construction traffic and people parking in the driveway. This is clearly temporary but distracted from otherwise wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion."
