"Upon landing in Aspen, we contacted The Gant and they already had a shuttle waiting on us at the airport. The over the top service started when we landed and didn't stop until they dropped us off at the airport at the end of our stay. The property is close enough to walk around downtown Aspen but the shuttle will take you anywhere you want!!! All of the shuttle drivers were over the top friendly and can't say enough about there gracious hospitality - including the front desk staffThe property is exactly as the pictures - perfect layout. All of the bathrooms have a separate toilet and shower area which is great for mixed groups. Pictures are accurate and it's a great updated condo with everything you need, including a washer and dryer.There was a group of 5 of us and all of us would stay in this unit again and we highly recommend The Gant. "

"The house was spacious and in a great location, but we ran into many issues while staying there. The icemaker in the freezer of the refrigerator didn't work and random things were broken throughout the house. There were no ice trays in the freezer, so when we reached out to Vacasa about no ice they told us to go buy a bag of ice, however they did refund a tiny portion of our stay because of it. Floors in the kitchen were sticky so we had to wear shoes, and the cleanliness in general wasn't great. Very old furniture and decor, so everything was dusty. A couple of people got accidentally locked out on the patio twice during the stay, and one of the times they had to crawl down from the balcony to free themselves because there are no stairs. The twin beds downstairs were uncomfortable and the sheets were "terrible" from what I was told. When we went to start a load of laundry when leaving, the detergent was extremely watered down which is concerning for sanitary reasons. The Vacasa team was easy to work with and quick to help, but the house itself was not very comfortable to stay in. "

"Fabulous spacious home walking distance to town. We have me and my wife, my son and his girlfriend, daughter/husband and 2 small children and plenty of room. Never felt on top of each other. Thank you for sharing your home!"

"Our family booked this relatively last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The river flowing behind the condo, with views from the family room and master made this stay exceptional. The condo was clean, and housekeeping was a delight. Brian was incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. A++ all the way, we will be staying here in the future..."
