"Great stay, nice welcome from the owner Paul, who was very attentive during breakfast which was lovely and satisfying. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, good size TV and nice welcome tray. There was off road parking and the property was located right in the hart of Stockton Heath, so convenient for the bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended."

Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. The electrics tripped 3 times and i had to keep putting the switch back up. The tv didnt work. I had to keep getting up to use the buttons on the tv itself. The screen...
