"Overall for a one night stay, this rental was adequate for 2 couples. To bump the rating, it would of been nice to have coffee grounds provided for at least one pot. The bedrooms are very dim, so small side table lamps would be helpful. "

"Hands down the best place we have stayed at our kids have nominated this house as their #1 The weather ended up not being great but it was okay! We didnt even need to leave the house so much to do. The theater was the crowd favorite … owner was amazing and super responsive. 10/10 recommend! "

"This was a great little house - perfect for one person or a couple. It’s on the small side but I didn’t need a ton of space. The owner responded to all requests quickly. As a single woman alone in this house, I felt very safe and it was quiet at night. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bed was SUPER comfortable!"

"Love the proximity to the beach. Clean, safe and comfortable place. Love that the second floor with the bedrooms is upstairs allowing us to keep our toddler sleeping without noise from the kitchen/living room. There are a lot of stairs to get from the ground floor to the front door and interior stairs - something to think of if you are older or have hip/leg issues. For a young family it wasn’t an issue. Nice pool in the complex- all the items needed for the beach provided.great little quiet...

"This was my 1st stay at a Vrbo on the Gulf coast. When I say 1st impressions mean a lot, this 1st impression MEANT a lot! The condo was as described and more! The extras that were included (Beach gear, beach towels, toiletries,spices, etc.) were a real convenience. Christy is the epitome of super host. "We came to Florida from NJ to visit friends that just moved to Palm Harbor and Lakewood Ranch. The home was the perfect location, close enough to everything. Home was great, perfect for our needs. Nice size bedrooms and comfortable living room. I loved sitting on the sun porch in the morning. Communication. With just was great. Thank you! "

"Don't know if you can get a better location. Direct ocean view and walkable to downtown area with restaurants/shopping etc. Property itself is worn down a bit. Really only sleeps 4 comfortably. 1 Queen and two single beds. There is also a single futon and a couch (but its not a pull-out couch). I guess that is how you get six...BUT....there are no extra blankets for futon or couch either. Had to buy coffee maker (although host did reimburse)... no trash bags, no dishwasher or laundry soap...
