"Hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. We arrived early, so our room wasn't ready but we checked in our luggage and received a temporary key watch to the pool and beach area. We spent the afternoon at the beach and received a text message once our room was ready. Great customer service. The room keys are bracelet style and waterproof. Great for the kids and adults to use in the pool and on the beach without worrying about loosing a key card. Hotel location is amazing! Valet parking only ($40/night) with unlimited access. Room was clean and 2 resuable watter bottles are provided. Each floor has a water station to fill the bottles. The only negative I have, is on the second day, we were awaken by drill sounds and workers on our balcony. It would have been appreciated if the hotel notified us that work would be done during our stay. Overall this hotel was great and we are already talking about returning. "

"Our check in was just the beginning of a fantastic week. We arrived just a few days after my wife lost her job of 33 years. Although retirement was in her future, that was a great place kick back, relax and go thru all the mental trauma a job loss can bring on. From the moment we pulled up the driveway, we were immediately directed to the lobby for check in. Our bags were collected and were sent to our room as soon as we had received our room number. Although our request for a room away from the elevators on deaf ears, the sound was not bad. Spa services (at Opal Sol) were exceptional and the use of the third floor pool was our secret hideaway for a good part of our trip. Concierge service was excellent in lining up a round of golf and dinner reservations were handled in a very professional manner. Our room view (when not at an ocean-side bar) was spectacular. Watching the day's sunset was just the relaxation that my wife needed. We look forward to our return either later this year or next spring. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

"The only downfall was the front desk deterred DoorDash/grubhub. If we ordered we had to collect at the front desk. Which wasn’t a huge issue, only when by myself with kids it made it a little difficult. I understand the policy ensures safety. Just a mild inconvenience. Cleaning staff was amazing!!! Other than that we did not see much staff. The elevator went down one day but there were 3 more to use. Dining options are a bit limited as far as room service. Food was good. Views are amazing! Pool and hot-tub were superb. Access to the beach was unmatched. Overall an amazing experience! "
