From the coin search in the rooms, elevator, lobbies to the changing trivia games for prizes the staff at Mimaru kept it fresh for the kids to keep them entertained. Friendly front desk ensured that luggage arriving via luggage service was waiting in the room on check-in. Great for offering suggestions on what to do or see or helping hail a taxi. "Very family friendly hotel (2 adult, 2 children) with fridge, microwave, cooking facilities and kitchen utensils. Can also request additional items free such as stepping stool and nappy bins. We liked how there was also laundry facilities (which you have to pay but located on lvl 1). Walkable distance to trains or shopping district. We would definitely come back for our next visit to Osaka. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. Walls are thin at the hotel, could heard the other room partying with their loud music and upstairs they were running a marathon so can hear all the stomping sound, 3. Only wished the tv was in front of the bed so family can enjoy some movie time in bed. Other...
