"Good location and close to Kyoto station. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment was a bit smaller than we expected and was a little dingy. There is another building in front on our windows so no view or much light gets in. Has everything you you need including washing machine, microwave, cooker and utensils. Large TV screen than you can stream Netflix to for some end of night entertainment. Sofa was only big enough for 2."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. For most sightseeing we had to take public transportation/ Uber/taxi, but all was easily accessible. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It was in an easy walking area with lots of local long covered malls filled with lots of Japan goodness. "

"I stayed here with a group of friends wile visiting Japan for my birthday and this was one of my favorite places! The staff is incredible and the space felt like a home. We were all able to comfortably sleep and unwind in the space in between our adventures. They offer hot tea and sake along with toiletries downstairs. I will definitely keep this place on my list for when I return to Kyoto! "

"Our room was very spacious. I shared the room with my mom and we got the room with a double bed and a twin bed on a bunk. There was lots of room for us to hang out. Loved the included breakfast although I wish there was a little more variety thru the week. It can get old. Free afternoon drinks and popsicles were a plus. Joe was amazing. His customer service is top notch. I dealt with a few other staff and they did not meet his standard. He was incredibly helpful. I wish there was were some more...
