"We were places in a room overlooking the pool area (balcony) 3rd floor…right beside the hallway bathrooms and convention space… very loud and crowded by that room… and the music was so loud at midnight—I had to call at 12:16 and was assured it would be off soon-I had to call again 15 min later. This was a nightly issue. The water was turned off for emergency maintenance from 10am-4pm with a warning letter—we had dinner reservations at 7:00 that night. Water was still not on at 6:45 when we had to leave—needless to say no shower after being at the beach all day. Hotel was not full—they should never put someone in room 318 unless an absolute last resort— shower and sink needs some work "

"They were in the middle of renovations to the ocean/pool side of the facility. They did a good job keeping it organized and separate but it was hidden in plain sight. We had a blast and will come back. Everything was easy and that’s what we needed. "

"Very nice hotel. Very clean. Check in process was quick. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, cruise port and airport. Airport transportation was quick, we didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Sign up for transportation to the cruise port was easy & the cost was a little less than we have paid at other hotels. The only minor negative was that there isn't much seating available for breakfast. We usually stay at a different hotel each time we cruise, but this will probably be our go to hotel from now on."

"The property is older but well kept and the location is superb, just a few steps to the beach. They also provide free beach chairs and towels. And restaurants around are amazing. Great value for the beach front stay!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard Marriott! The hotel was updated, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing early check-in well before the standard time and offering a late check-out due to flight changes. Their flexibility and hospitality made our trip much smoother. Highly recommend for a stress-free and pleasant stay!"
