"The hotel is in a very convenient area for Eagles games. Rooms are great size and the bar is very nice. Wish parking was free."

"Anywhere that I stay customer service is first priority! And I receive the best customer service by the young Miss Jasmine. I also spoke to Jasmine on the phone the night before inquiring about transportation to the Eagles game. She was just as friendly in person and she was on the phone.Moreover, She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about her job and the hotel chain. Don’t let the photos on the website for you. You do get what you see however, it’s not until you actually get into your room that you see what you also get. The property just needs a little updating. The bathroom, sink outside the bathroom the electronic key fob to the entrance of the door is in need of repair as well as what I assume is the heating or air conditioning unit? You would enjoy your stay here. I sure did!"

"Overall a nice hotel at the center of business district. Lots of restaurants nearby. Especially there are multiple halal food restaurants within 10 min driving distance. Staff was excellent and welcoming. We were offered feshly baked cookies at check-in and check out, wow!"

"Very adequate for what we needed. One staff member at the front desk was very friendly, the other two that we've interacted with up until now, were pretty icy. Not the newest of hotels but it, the hotel, served its purpose. Philadelphia Airport sucks, in my opinion but that's where we ended up after American Airlines decided, after ticketing, to make Philadelphia and overnight stop."
