"The cabin itself was amazing. Loved the modern feel and amenities. The kids enjoyed the video games, pool, and hot tub. We didn’t use the theater, but it’s a nice touch. We also played board games that were provided. The kitchen was very well equipped! The location isn’t bad, but it’s a little bit of a drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. "1) Before check-in, we got a call that the plumbing was backed up and sewage was seeping into the tub. 2) We arrived at the property hours later to a very stinky bathroom that had not been repaired. 3) There was trash all over the back lawn. 4) There was what appeared to be some sort of varmint vomit on the outdoor furniture 5) I have pics of even more. We had to cancel and pray to find other accommodations. We did, thankfully! "
