The staff were absolutely wonderful! I had to find a room quickly as my husband took severely ill. I was met by the most welcoming and kind people who were always available to help.

Property is under renovation. It’s an older building requiring updating. The staff definitely outshined the property. Their welcoming, caring and kind attitude made for a pleasant stay.

Very friendly at check in
The clerk at check in/out was very friendly and gave us ideas of what to see while in Tennessee. The lobby was getting an update, so hopefully they will update the stained carpet in the hallways and some of the furniture in the rooms.

I did not like anything about this hotel. It was hot, noisy, dirty and very uncomfortable. I went out of my way to stay there after seeing other reviews but now think maybe they have fallen in disrepair after the hurricane.

The staff was nice. The carpet in the hall was dirty with dirt tracked in and had spots that needed to be replaced. The bed was uncomfortable. Someone had parked there truck with RV attached outside my window taking multiple spots, so I had to park on the other side. The car parked beside me had people smoking pot. The next morning I was trying to check out but because I was not going to stay, because I booked for 2 nights I was still being charged. The breakfast poor I couldn’t eat any of it because of gluten and lactose intolerance. Sorry but I traveled 10 hrs and really wished it was better.

Nice hotel close to interstate
Nice hotel to stay at for overnight ride trip. Was under renovation, so some things were a little off, but no problems. Will be really nice once finished. Also was priced very well
