"The house and property are absolutely beautiful! We took full advantage of the firepit down by the lake and the hot tub on the deck! There were 8 of us and we were able to park our four cars in the driveway. The inside of the house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was great and the kitchen was fully stocked. We were able to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you, Jim and Kim, for being awesome hosts! We had a great time!"

"Great views of lake and mountainside. Several issues in the first 4 days of 6 day stay. Dishwasher wasn’t working, no place to put trash, washing machine wasn’t working, refrigerator and freezer weren’t cooling or freezing, cleanliness wasn’t to par. For over $4k stay for 6 nights I wasn’t happy with what we had to deal with. Calling, and checking up on issues, waiting for someone to show up to make repairs on appliances, and calling to have trash removed. We had 10 people in the house for...

They not only accommodated our request for an early check-in, when we entered the home we were welcomed to cold drinks in the fridge, snacks, and a welcome gift! "I can not say enough good about this place! For starters, it is THE cleanest pet friendly rental I have ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot. There was no bad odor, everything was clean. I always check rooms/furniture with a black light before we get too cozy, and it passed that test also! The location is perfect, you’re just a short drive from everything. The cabin is secluded and by itself, you can’t see the neighbors. The road and driveway are well maintained and accessible by car....

"From the outside, this cabin appears to be small and simple. From the inside, however, is a beautiful and charming place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the views and space in my one night stay. My only negative was the road leading to the space. There were two spots where you almost require an AWD vehicle to get here. This isn’t an issue of the owner but more a personal issue. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay and plan on attempting to reserve for future stays. "

"This property is very cozy, quiet, comfortable and well cared for. With temperatures in the 90's, the cabin was always cool. Tammy and Guy are terrific to work with especially their quick action to solve the water problem which only lasted a couple of hours and with no disruption to our stay. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely come back for another stay. "

"Remote, secluded, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable, rustic... creative use of a former tobacco barn has everything you need to relax in setting that is both beautiful and serene. I wish I had stayed long enough and in a better season to make use of the nearby opportunities to enjoy the nature and scenery that surrounds. The deck overlooks and provides access to a deep bend of the placid Nolichucky river just down the hill. Shop and dine before you leave town... Greeneville is about 30 minutes...
