Friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (Annex Grande), good restaurant, relaxing onsen, beautiful lobby lounge with delicious amenities, self-laundry available, luggage storage available, easy parking. You have to walk out onto the street and re-enter the premises (adjacent bldg) to access the restaurant and onsen if you reserve a room on the Annex Grande side of the hotel. Besides that minor detail, it was a great stay and would reserve again! "

"The breakfast was fantastic. The common bath was great for relaxation at the end of the day. The owner of the place, despite not speaking much English, was very helpful and there was pick up service from the train station.
