"This lodging was perfect for visiting the park. Facility was clean, quiet, our room was spacious, & the staff very friendly. They let us know about evening lantern event, and breakfast available for purchase at 9am in a cafe near by. Location in the park is convienent for some travelers without transportation visiting the park. It was a short hike from the bus stop at the museum. "Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. "Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "

"We stayed for only one night in the private room. The room has more a homey than modern feel and that suits us fine. It is reasonably roomy as it has a sitting area with a small sofa and a single lounge chair. The beds are also comfortable. The location is great and very close to the Kintetsu Nara train station. We'll definitely consider staying there next time if we visit Nara again."

"no heat at the building where shower room located. Luckily it was only a 15 second walk. there was only one bath towel left one time when my gf and i went for shower. no staff at the reception desk most of the time."

"Excellent customer services and spacious room. Nothing can complaint about unless you want the hotel close to the station or shops or luxuious lifestyle. Another plus is your can get very close to the deers from your room. Thanks!"

"The property was well maintained; everything appeared to be brand new or very clean. Japanese artwork around the house added to the experience and gave it the feeling of a real traditional home. The host greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour, using his phone to translate. The only drawback was that the nearby bus to Takeda station comes around once every hour. Overall, excellent for a stay if you plan public transport carefully in advance."

"Sugoi!! Having travelled to Japan six times now, and stayed in practically every type of accommodation from family ryokans, hostels, business hotels and big “western” style hotels…this by far has been the best. Why? The amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room design has a nice traditional twist for a modern hotel. Would recommend a lake view room too (great for people watching and having a little deck in a hotel in Japan is unheard of). Highly recommend. "

"近鉄奈良駅から徒歩圏内、にぎやかな商店街が近く、立地は静かで、スタイリッシュなデザインのホテルです。部屋によると思いますが、私の宿泊した部屋の窓からは荒池のほとりに佇む鹿を数頭見ることができて、とても嬉しかったです。次回奈良を訪れた際にも利用したいホテルです。"
