"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "

"Overall our stay was good and we had a great time in Auckland. But the A/C unit was not very good and could not cool the room, this made it hard for our baby to nap during the day, and for us all to sleep at night. The staff was very accomadating to our needs and were able to move cleaning around our babies sleep schedule."
