"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. "The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"

"I had high hopes for our three-night stay in Auburn at The Apartment, and they were exceedingly met. We were so happy with the loft apartment and its location. We walked to most everything we wanted to see. Auburn has delightful museums and little stores. The place was quiet yet convenient to restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, the beds are comfortable, the furnishings are perfect, and it was fun to look out the windows and see downtown below. Lots of hiking is nearby....

"We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Everyone loved this location. The property is fantastic for families and large groups. The water situation is a huge bummer. We used bottled water for everything, including brushing our teeth. The owners are communicative and friendly. The dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and maintained by people renting like us, and they were all filthy. Just be prepared to bring multiple jugs of water and I recommend disposable plates, utensils etc. Its a shame bc the place is basically otherwise...

"Love coming to Northstar! The facility is beautiful! The rooms are great. The communication is easy too. Of course we come during off season, so the downside is a lot of the shops and restaurants can be closed. Some of the pool areas were also closed. Truckee is so close though you have options there. Plus this hotels has activities that you can sign up for some are free and some you pay. I liked the theater option! The scenery around is just beautiful! "
