"We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road....

We ate out ; therefore ; we can't comment on the kitchen but they had plenty of well stocked pool ware and toys.The sheets and bed were pleasant. The bathrooms are in need of a detailed clean and we received messages before our arrival about putting trash out and then searching in the darkness to complete the task. "My dad and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to attend a couple events and this location was conveniently located between them. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; for the number of vehicles parked in driveways and on the streets we saw very few people out walking around.Edgar, our host was very helpful in every way and replied almost instantly to our messages.The only negative issue I had was there were dirty clothes left over from a previous occupant. "We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location.
