The location is excellent, but most importantly was the place where we stayed. It’s cozy, but gives you everything and more, that’ll you’ll need. I especially loved the small details that have been added to make your stay special. I look forward to coming back to Lakeland and definitely staying here again. "

"This place is HORRIBLE. The neighborhood is scary. The floor is unsafe and you feel like the floor may fail. The ceiling is buckled and looks like it will fall. There is cardboard instead of glass in one window. There is black mold in the bathroom. You can not shower there! There's a random light that stays on and you can't turn it off. The TV is set on blast and you cant turn it down because the remote is busted and missing buttons. Easily, the WORST stay, anywhere that I've ever had. DO NOT...

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice interior with the location being 10 minute rideshare to all the attractions including stadium, Ybor, Soho, etc. Easy check in with great communication before and during stay. Would definitely stay again."

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."
