"I stayed there towards the beginning of an 18 day trip during which I stayed at numerous places. I liked it so much, I redid my schedule so that I could stay there on my return trip north as well. "There were heroin needles with the tissues, blood on the walls and the sheets, bugs, dirty everything. Prostitutes outside of our door we couldn’t get our money back from the owner and the police said it was the 3rd time that week for needles. We had to send pictures in to Expedia and was able to get a refund thankfully. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn next door"

"The reviews are accurate regarding the very very dire need for upgrade in every sense of the word. Pool is entirely out of order with materials in it from some work that may have started years ago. And all paint from ceilings to wall paper, mattresses to all grout and furniture, and carpets need changing. Old machinery in the hallways have got to go straight to the garbage dump! Squeaky mattresses too! But I cannot say we had a bad stay. It was clean, there were no roaches, bugs, nor strange...

"I reserved a room for one night at the Bay Inn through Hotels.com. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk offered us an opportunity to "see the room" before she checked us in. She anticipated we would not want to stay there when she saw us. We CLEARLY WERE NOT THEIR TYPICAL CLIENTILE. The room she showed us smelled like smoke and was not very clean. She showed us a second room that also was not very clean and had a taped up window. The hotel is not located in a very "good" part of Tampa. We did NOT stay...

"I stayed for a night with my wife, The staff were very nice, they told us that the motel was opened 2 month ago Under new management, and everything was remodeled, No wonders everything was nice and clean. "Some things were really nice like the cabins were new so they were cute and private. It’s like a typical campsite but not much scenery. You can look out windows and see another cabin or street. The communication with the 3rd party checkin was different and difficult but there were people there in the office that helped us. The cabin was setup with dishes and towels so that was nice. It was clean inside. Tv was available . We enjoyed our visit. "
