"Awful. Left after one night . The room was noisy due to a faulty water pump/ water leak and the light coming thru cheap Venetian blinds from outdoor lights that point straight at bedroom windows meant to was impossible to sleep. Management was useless. First denied there was a problem “pump is insulated “ no one else has complained” ……all the normal excuses …Then starting lying claiming they had “immediately” reacted.. compared with the truth that they only reacted once I told them I was...

"Great property! Rooms are very clean and updated. Staff is amazing and breakfast was very good . Construction next door, so not relaxing at all during the day, not a problem if you do day trips but very quiet at night and close walking distance to main streets. "

"We found the property was really run down. The smell from all the drains were really bad. Kitchen was very old. On a good point the bed was massive and always had clean sheets. It was just ok if you want to stay for a few nights we stayed for 3 weeks the smell just got to us. Great location and the staff very friendly. "

My partners birthday was on the day we arrived, assuming they saw her passport, they surprised us with personalised cake! The staff were amazing and the views were unbelievable. "From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special! Being upgraded to a better suite for our 38th anniversary was beyond generous, and the views were absolutely AMAZING. This retreat was the perfect blend of art, nature, and peaceful reflection. Every day started with a breathtaking sunrise at breakfast and ended with the most beautiful, jaw-dropping sunset at dinner. We even experienced a small earthquake and were treated to a delightful visit from a family of monkeys! The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs, making the experience even more memorable. The local walk through the rice fields was definitely a highlight — a magical moment we’ll never forget. We’re so thankful for this incredible getaway!"

"Important: If booking, make sure the road giving access to the city center is fixed, or you will have to choose between a 20 min. detour or riding a scooter. Very kind staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the pool is great but could be cleaner. The resort is beautiful and a calm getaway not too far from the city center (if the road gets fixed). The shuttle to the city center hours could be better, they cutoff before supper which is pretty annoying. I would gladly book here again."
