"We were blown away at how nice this was for how little we spent. Private room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Hot water. Large and delicious breakfast included! Lovely garden and pool! The staff was very nice and the other guests were open to making friends as well. Many of the guests had stayed here before in the past and keep coming back. Highly recommend! "

"The location right on the beach steps away from great snorkeling was the major draw here. The villa we stayed in however was big but oddly empty of furniture, could have used another chair and or sofa inside vs lots of empty floor space. WiFi was very weak and spotty so had to go to the lobby or a nearby cafe to get some work done. "The Daun Lebar Villas was the nicest place i have ever stayed. Such a great atmosphere and everything is super clean. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The restaurant breakfast and dinner are amazing!!! I would most def stay here again !!!! Thank you KB"

"Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet."

"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Please is located in the heart of town. Very reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is great. However black ants in bathroom. Specially on sink. Even sink is clean, no food. Only problem i had is Internet is sucks. Bad Bad wifi. Many hotspots are a available with strong signals but hard time connecting. " Great location between the monkey forest and the Palace. Walking distance to restaurants, trip operators, and next door to great bar with a lovely garden and live music. But very quiet at the hotel which was perfect. The hosts are so nice and the breakfast was great."

"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating. "Hotel is very nice and staff is very nice,restaurant in hotel give us the best stack and chef have very nice tast in hand .only problem is location of hotel is far from all main restaurants and shopping area ,i order some snakes and grab take 1 hour and not bring all the items because of location is secluded."

"Amazing stay at Hava Ubud. I loved every minute of it. I stayed in the pool suite and it was beautiful, spacious and so relaxing. I was unwell during the stay and could not think of a better place to recover. The breakfast was great and the service consistently amazing. "

A blast in Bali!

"Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!"

Very relaxing stay

"We had a very relaxing 5 night stay over new years. Staff very friendly, daily morning and night room service was lovely. Gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We didn’t opt to pay extra for breakfast in their restaurant as there are so many options around Ubud. Located in a great areas close to everything. Although overcast and rainy most days of our stay we still utilised the pools, pool bar staff very attentive. Overall would highly recommend Alaya!"
