"I booked this hotel for my anniversary on Sept 1st for one night and I paid about $520 and I checked in at 4:30pm. Unfortunately I received a phone call from back home edmonton at around 7:30pm that my mother ended up in the hospital and of coursed I packed everything and left for 8pm to go back home. I talked to the staff at the front desk about this very special and unfortunate situation - and since I used the room for less than 4 hours I asked if they could do anything for me for the future...

"Lack of communication for the basics like ice, getting more coffee pods, getting the room cleaned. Discovered stuff around that was not in an obvious place. Couldn’t even find a front desk, or any on site staff to assist us."
