"One of the best San Francisco hotels that i have stayed in. The staff were excellent, the history of the place is magnificent - check out their small exhibits around the hotel, most importantly the bed was comfy and room was clean. I will definitely recommend to others and will be staying there on future trips! "

"It was a nice visit but I thought that the unusual style of pillows offered were very uncomfortable. I also was not impressed with the complementary breakfast. The room was nice and quiet!"

"The staff was lovely and lended us a vacuum to use for our vacuum seal bags, although there were some stains scattered around the hotel. But other than that our stay was great and very close to the venue we were going to."
