"This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and they continue to uphold their standard of cleanlienss and convenient parking. Additionally, it feels safe and quiet. I will continue to book at this hotel for these reasons. "

"No AC, and older single pane windows to open. This led to listening to the loud protests going on down the street. The staff at this hotel are extraordinary in every way. That made this hotel a great San Francisco stay!"

"The hotel is great and lively. However there was a strong chemical smell which I assume was a cleaner, but it was intolerable. I called the front desk and was told the manager was up on my floor and she would alert them but she was clearly gaslighting me because they never showed. There was no explanation for the smell nor was there an attempt to reach out-just a suggestion to change rooms round 10 pm to the last room available. I was checking out in the morning. It was awful and I had to sleep with a mask no hate wearing masks!"
