"Just wrapped up an awesome long weekend at Sunset Ranch with the whole family. It was a great spot! This place is perfect if you have a big group with kids. We had everyone from babies to grandparents, and there was plenty of room for all to spread out and do their thing. The setup here is killer! We had a blast on the pickleball/basketball court, and the pool and dart room kept everyone entertained. The back patio was also incredible to enjoy and relax. Seriously - you get these gorgeous mountain views while lounging on super comfy furniture, plus a great grill for cooking up family feasts. John's an amazing host. Super quick to jump in when we needed help figuring out the heat settings and getting new propane tanks. The huge common area in the main house was perfect for everyone to hang out together, and the sauna was clutch after running around all day. Love that this place is actually set up for families with little ones - made life so much easier! Already checking our calendar to plan another trip back. If you've got a big family looking for a Flagstaff getaway, book this place - you won't regret it!"

"We went to Flagstaff for a vacation and a visit to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was our first time renting a cottage ( we typically would stay in hotels). The cottage was as advertised. Regina couldn’t have been nicer. She was always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. She had many personal touches that made it seem like a home away from home. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a stay. Centrally located with easy access to the roads and freeways we needed for our travels.. I would definitely recommend this cottage if traveling to Flagstaff "

"This has been one of our favorite homes to stay at. The amenities made us feel right at home our whole stay. Laurel was extremely responsive prior to booking with our questions and with anything we needed throughout the stay. The check-in process is easy with the keyless entry. We traveled with 3 adults and 4 kids and there was ample space for everyone. The kids room upstairs is a perfect space for them from sleeping to hanging out and watching TV or playing games. Our kids loved the slide bunk beds. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The land was nice and the kids loved playing on the swings and riding their bikes on the track. Having a riding trail so close to the property to ride on the motorized toys made for easy trips out throughout the day. The hot tub was such a nice way to end the night to relax and look at the stars. Between the kitchen and the gas grill outside you have everything you need for cooking all your meals. The dining room table had plenty of space to eat our meals. We enjoyed many family card games on the table on the deck. We can’t wait to come back for another stay. "

"We felt quite at home during our stay. Big bedrooms, especially the master, a big kitchen and large outdoor living spaces with gorgeous views of the San Francisco Peaks. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"We were here for 3 nights. The house was spacious and very clean. It was an easy drive to see the sights in Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The house was close to downtown Flagstaff yet far enough out to stargaze and see the Milky Way every night. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone staying in Flagstaff. "

"As many VRBO users, we’ve stayed in a lot of rentals. As is human nature, we always critique them with “could have used more hooks or places to stash gear”, “the layout could have been better planned”, etc, etc. We had nothing but oohs and ahhs over this place. Dorian has done a stupendous job of making our stay comfortable. The two masters are on opposite ends of the house. The bunk room is huge .. and all 4 beds looked to be queens, with plenty of room to move around. The table set up in the front room was really cool (dr table to pool table to ping ping .. genius). Beds we’re incredibly comfy. Linens were plush. Outside space well laid out. Route 89 was within view, but noise not bothersome at all. 10 minute drive to town. This house was just really lovely. Would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Flagstaff. Thank you Dorian for your careful planning of this home."
