Your adventure starts here in our beautiful lodge home located in east Flagstaff. Enjoy breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks in peace thanks to the 2+ acre lot. This is a perfect base camp for all your adventures whether it's viewing the Grand Canyon, skiing Snowbowl, hiking San Fran. Mtn. trails, exploring Sedona, visiting NAU or just enjoying the beautiful weather. With its 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 12 beds, and 2 living spaces this lodge is perfect for large groups or multiple families.

*** Please Note that a non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required for all stays with pets and that we only allow non shedding dogs to stay. This also includes service animals. This covers the cost of deep-cleaning the home after a pet stay so that those with pet allergies won't have difficulties. ***

Additional Rules

The home is in a small, residential community consisting of neighbors that we love. Each home is on a 2+ acre lot, so while each house has breathing-room we do ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level.

We are close by, and ask that no parties be thrown in the home

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside of the home. Flagstaff is an area prone to fires and as such, we ask that our guests refrain from smoking around the home as ashes from cigarettes and cigars can ignite the dry brush in the area.

A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required for all stays with pets. This covers the cost of deep-cleaning the home after a pet stay so that those with pet allergies won't have difficulties.

Wonderful getaway home
We take an annual trip to flagstaff to enjoy the snow and so far this house has been the nicest one we’ve stayed at, very spacious, super clean, and short driving distance to downtown flagstaff which is a plus. We loved it so I rate this home 10/10. Looking forward to future stays here.

Nice family getaway
Very nice and centrally located, Accommodating for the children and lots of room to spread out. Nice area.The kids loved the game room. We were there for a wedding so it was helpful that there were 4 bathrooms to get ready in.

This property was perfect for our family get together. It was close to close to everything that we all wanted to do. We ended up getting 24.8” of snow and our host Emily was amazing and had us plowed out in no time and we didn’t miss a beat keeping to our schedule. The home was awesome and a perfect view was out every window. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and any month of the year.

Amazing!
We stayed as 3 families- 6 adults and 8 children for a weekend. We visited the Northpole experience and it was only about 15min from there. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is even more beautiful! Lots of kid’s entertainment and plenty of space to play outside! The kids loved having their own room upstairs with bunk beds! We couldn’t find the high chair but Emily quickly responded on where it was located. We ended up forgetting a book and a few necklaces from the kids and she quickly mailed them to us! We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

Christmas in Flagstaff
Great place to stay for larger groups. Our extended family spent Christmas week here. Emily included a large artificial Christmas tree in the living room which was a nice touch. The house was clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The location is on the east side of town and on two mornings we awoke to a small heard of elk grazing just outside the living room windows. Emily was quick to respond to prearrival questions and was instantly available to assist us when we experienced a minor glitch with the check-in code. Would definitely stay here again.

As advertised, enjoyed our stay, no issues that would keep us from staying again! Just some things to be aware of: - dual ovens were a little tricky to figure out. I did, and not sure I would be able to articulate how I did (but I did) - one of the basketball rims in the play room had fallen/broken off so if you had your heart set in a duel… - for the bedroom connected to the play room, the shower is on the smaller size. Taller people may need to contort.

Great Stay in Flagstaff
Overall, the house was exactly what we were looking for, and we had a great time playing and relaxing while we were there. Emily also was incredibly prompt about responding to messages immediately. The kids loved the game room, and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat together. We were surprised that the bedroom with the bunk beds was upstairs and hence was a little warm, but that didn't seem to bother the kids. We'd highly recommend the property for those wanting to stay in Flagstaff and/or make day trips to Sedona or the Grand Canyon.

Absolutely great stay.!
My family of 14 had a wonderful stay at Emily’s home. It was extremely spacious and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The game room and outside firepit were great bonuses.! Emily was a great host and responded quickly whenever I had questions. If ever in the area again we will definitely book again.!

Plenty of room for large family get togethers. Located close to down town Flagstaff yet away from traffic .The game room was a real bonus for kids of all ages.We will definately be back .

This property is an excellent hub for a family group exploring Arizona!
The property makes a family feel at home! Property hostess Emily made sure we were taken care of from the scheduling to our departure. We will rent this property again if we vacation in the area.

We had 9 guys from our senior class in the house and it accommodated us extremely well! The only “hiccup” was the warm water wasn’t working well for showers the first day/night. After reaching out to Emily, she had someone come out right away and it was fixed. Worked great the rest of the trip!!

We’ve stayed here before but the property is now under new ownership. Their additions of a ping pong table and more window curtains for light control were much appreciated. The house has everything you need, and the owner is super responsive to messages.

We had a great time! Home was perfect for all of us. 6 adults and 5 kids. Bunk room for all the kids and a game room that helped keep them entertained. Emily our host left us the makings for smores which we all enjoyed. Spent half a day at Flagstaff snow park tubing. Beautiful views from every room!

Great weekend
We had a great time with our closest friends and family this weekend. We had an intimate reception for our wedding here with around 20 people and this lodge was a perfect size and had so much great views and entertainment. We especially loved the backyard and the amount of space this place offers. We would love to stay here again (this was our second time already) and enjoy ourselves here. The property manager is also very helpful and responsive. She made everything nice and easy and was always there when we needed something.

Could not be better for a large group!
This house was perfect for our group of 14 people with ages ranging from 6 to74 years. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds and enough hot water for everyone. The kitchen is large, bright, open and well laid out and stocked for large group meals with enough plates and utensils for everyone to sit and eat together. The game room had everyone involved and had games for everyone. The living room had comfy couches for late night talks and spectacular views. Our favorite was the gas fire pit - chairs for everyone, roasting forks and Emily thoughtfully left a gift basket of s’more makings. We made some special memories there! The house was super clean and well stocked with special extra touches throughout. Emily was super responsive to our texts and very friendly and helpful. Over all we would give this place a 10 star rating…it is close to down town and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. It was our priveledge to stay here!
