The home has two additional buildings including a converted garage turned billiards 🎱 room complete with darts 🎯 and a 2,400 sq ft Recreation Hall complete with full-size PICKLE BALL COURT, Basketball Hoop, Cornhole, & Ping Pong table. And for the even more fun the Rec Hall has a disco ball with lighting so put on your favorite songs and have a blast! Your kids, big and small won’t want to leave.

We visited with 8 adults and 6 grandkids and had a fantastic time. Plenty of room and the additional buildings with activities is a game-changer. Would highly recommend for families!

Great house for a multiple families!
We had 4 families staying here, including two families with little kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. There is so much to do on the property, we all had a lot of fun! The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived as well. Over all great place to stay!!

Beautiful setting and on-site recreational facilities!
Out the front is Mt Humphreys and out back lovely hill in National Forest. The boys loved the pickle ball, ping pong, and billiards. Prior communication with host was very helpful. Terrific stay!

This rental was well appointed, really great for families and large groups. The owner was communicative and kind, and it is a great spot for The Grand Canyon and lots of local day trips. Highly recommend!

Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road.

Friends snowboarding trip
Awesome property! Perfect for our large friend group. So many games to play and a great place to stay and hang out. The house was very comfortable and communication with the listing manager was great.

We had a wonderful time here! Beautiful views, we all loved watching the sunset! We had an issue with the water heater and the owner, John, got right back to us and fixed the problem. Would definitely rent this house again!

Sunset Ranch Review
My family, 5 adults and two small dogs, stayed at Sunset Ranch for 3 nights. It was a great little getaway. The home is very private in the back and the deck is nice and large with views all around. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We stayed over the New Years weekend, Fri-Mon and this was by far our favorite rental. It is large, spacious, and provides so much opportunity for various activities. Host was very helpful and clearly strives to make you feel at home during your stay. We plan on returning very soon, you will not regret staying at this property!

Sunset Ranch was Perfect!
House has expansive decks, plenty of seating with great views of the mountains. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with great coffee bar. Enough room inside and out if you want to get some privacy or a nap while others are watching football or playing pool. I recommend the home and we would certainly return!

What an experience
The property and the location itself were amazing. Beautiful landscapes from the yard and so much space for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. The owners supplied tons of boardgames and even offered propane and firewood for their fireplaces. My family will certainly be renting it out in the future!
