"It’s a nice boutique hotel. It’s an older property but it’s very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great dinner there and a decent breakfast but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that I was charged $3,25 for an extra egg. Seems steep to me."

"Great view of the sunset from the property in the directions of Phoenix, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The hotel is very well situated and can access any of those areas. The hotel is also close to Petrified Forest National Park, which is great if you're planning a multi-day trip in any of the directions."

"We stayed here to visit Monument Valley which was only 30 mins away. The hotel is comfortable and the staff pleasant but the best thing about the hotel by far was the Reuben Helfin restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff very kind. It truly was a hidden gem and worth the stay. "

"We checked in a little after 3pm and the television for the room was being used for an employee training program. The TV was brought back around 4:30pm. The room was not serviced for the 3 days during the stay. The first day, we did forget by leaving the "Do Not Disturb" notice on the door. The facility is clearly the best for the Eagar/Springerville area in terms of newer build and very convenient for the grocery store and restaurant. Will probably stay there again but would make it clear...
