"We had a great stay at the rental property! The ocean and shell hunting were great, even found a sand dollar! The dolphins were present everyday as they swam from the canal into the ocean. The ocean does drop off fairly quickly but that was okay with us. We had fun using the sand toys and boogie boards Christine has in the property. We had great sunset views on the beach. The pool was big and warm. The kids weren't able to enjoy the hot tub since the property doesn't allow kids in it, but that was okay and we knew that. The property has pretty much everything you need to get by for your stay! It's a quick easy drive to John's Pass for shops/food. We had a little trouble initially getting into the resort but Christine answered right away and the resort found the paperwork she left with them. Overall a wonderful stay and definitely would think about staying here again! "

"It was perfect! 10 stars! If you are a respectable person looking for a clean and respectable place to stay, this is it! This is far better than any hotel experience near St Pete beach!… The host made it really easy to communicate..,The property was immaculate… This was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed at via Expedia/VRBO! The host have done everything possible to make this a beautiful and super clean small home to share with the public. The setting is very safe and feels like home. "

"Propert exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and great for entertaining. The bathrooms were well stocked and good sized. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 people and provided ample space to not feel overcrowded. The outside pool/spa was such a hit. Every night we ended up in it watching sports and movies. The house is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars are close by. We would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future."

"We had a wonderful time there with our three grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The location is perfect. There were various nap schedules with the little ones and we were able to go back and forth to the beach or use the pool or patio or deck as needed. And it's big enough that we could put the kids to bed and have adult fun time in the evenings. Sunsets from the deck were gorgeous. And we had some wonderful dinners and fun games at night, not to mention final drinks on the deck under the stars. "

"Great location that is super close to the beach / eating spots / parks. The unit was spacious and very clean to match the photos. One minor issue was that the WiFi was not very fast and only really worked in the bedroom. It never seemed to work in the front room. Any questions were quickly answered by the host and I would stay here again."
