"Good: We loved the easy access to the beach. It would be a good property for families, and a good property for a group trip in that the individual units are all situated around a common area which has lots of seating and a couple of grilling areas. Not-so-good: We made several contacts with management because the tv in the living room didn't work and were completely ignored. "We had the most wonderful vacation for the 3rd year in a row. We love the house. Just for your information. all of the floors on the 2nd floor ( bedrooms and bathroom ) were very sandy..... rest of the house was beautiful as usual..."

"The property was very nice. There is still lots of damage to surrounding houses etc. from the hurricanes, but ours was in good shape.Location is outstanding and the owner, Phil, was available if we needed anything. Will definitely book again!"

"Location and view was great! Smaller unit but was perfect for our family of 4. Great amenities included with the stay. Couple of the beach chairs are a little rusty but still worked well. Steps away from the beach. Listing was pretty accurate—To no one’s fault, a hurricane happened last fall and some damage and broken things around the whole property and some things weren’t available but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again! "

"Not satisfied - plumbing issues, pictures did not accurately depict the home. Inconvenience with stove not working properly. All family to share a bathroom with hot water not working & toilet overflowing. Carpets had not been cleaned, paying a cleaning fee when home was not complete. Trash left out & overflowing when arrived. No master suite. All bedrooms on the third floor. Condition of the home did not provide a high end feel with a mold smell upon arrival.
