It would be a good property for families, and a good property for a group trip in that the individual units are all situated around a common area which has lots of seating and a couple of grilling areas. Not-so-good: We made several contacts with management because the tv in the living room didn't work and were completely ignored. "The house was very nice and close to the beach but the bathrooms were dirty as were some of the rooms and the kitchen .The main issue was cleanliness. We paid a lot of money to clean the house but the company that cleans it for you is doing a very poor job .Otherwise every was fine ."

"We have stayed at this building in the past however on the other side of the rental which was wonderful and wanted to enjoy the location of this property again. We were so sad to see all the damage that had been done by the recent hurricane but had a wonderful stay in this rental just as we did when staying next door.
