It would be a good property for families, and a good property for a group trip in that the individual units are all situated around a common area which has lots of seating and a couple of grilling areas. Not-so-good: We made several contacts with management because the tv in the living room didn't work and were completely ignored. "What a lovely house! Steps from the beach, as advertised. And the house was both spotless and stocked with everything you could think to need. Tons of space for hanging out. The owner was incredibly responsive when we needed anything. The only thing to be aware of: the main living space is second floor, so if you have someone with mobility issues that woild be a concern "
