"Friendly staff, clean rooms and other public areas. We used the swimming pool and sauna with no issues. My only negative would be the lack of sinage for the stairs from the upper floors (rooms). Lifts seem to take forever and locating the stairs wasnt as easy as it should be."

"A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta! I asked if they stocked salt and pepper and the manager on duty kindly gifted me a full, new tub of Cornish sea salt and new black pepper mill, both very gratefully received. There is a Morrisons very close by if you want to cook. We had a great, smaller studio room with full kitchen and appliances. The only hiccough was a problem with three safety lights which came on in the ceiling and couldn’t be re-set so we, unfortunately, had to move from our 11th floor room to the 4th floor at 11pm; we had been in bed! However, the staff were very apologetic and sorted it as quickly as possible. We will certainly return and recommend you to others - thanks so much, you’re doing a brilliant job, despite the minor teething problems!"
