"Check in was super easy. I had a last minute booking. Everyone was so kind too. The hostel was a generic hostel experience. Shared bathrooms so not much to say there. The pub is beyond amazing. Fantastic foods, drinks and vibes. The breakfast special was 5 stars alone. 10 out of 10 ill go again. "

"Family of six - spent one night. Very clean, safe and quiet. Absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful staff, from the front desk to the kitchen workers. Flexible policies, allow you to store luggage for hours before and after checking in. Bus right across the street. This was a pleasant surprise!!!"

"Bermonds Locke is a treasure. The location is fantastic - very safe and a 5-minute walk from Tower Bridge and only a 10-minute walk to the trains and underground. Access from Gatwick on the train is simple and convenient. There are lots of dining options nearby. The unit was clean, and there are nearby grocery places if you prefer breakfast in. "My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. The next time we come back to visit I must do my research. Housekeeping was great. Thank you"

"I really liked that i was made to feel welcome straight away. The receptuon staff immediately advised me that i had a discount on room service and was apologetic that i had been put in a particular room. This was fine by me but I was offered free breakfast on both mirnings. All the staff were warm and kind and were willing to help uf needed. The food was good and i loved my room. Im definately going to stay again."

"Excellent service from the staff straight away from entering the hotel. The room we had was very spacious and clean and even though being next-door to Waterloo railway station, you could not hear any noise from outside. Five minutes walking from Parliament./Downing Street/London eye. And not much further away is Buckingham Palace/Trafalgar Square and all the posh shops. I would give the hotel 9 1/2 out of 10 only halfway because of a cupboard door which wouldn’t close properly. Thank you."
