"positives: host was very responsive, location close to ski resort, studio is small but recently renovated. negatives: our beds were not made upon arrival and we didn't have enough sheets to make the beds ourselves and the sheets never came because of an argument with the cleaning staff. The queen air mattress also leaked slowly throughout the night. I think both those things can be fixed easily and then this place would be 5 stars."

"Overall the property was a great place to book for small groups. The unit has been updated in many ways. The only areas that a prospective renter should be aware of are the following: 1. the laundry facilities does not have a coin converter/dispenser, bring your quarters. 2. No coffee, creamer, sugar, or oil in the kitchen - bring your own. 3. The mattresses are soft, but this is a personal preference. "

"Easy check in. Location is right across from Giant Steps. Close to everything. All the amenities and space we needed. Communication was easy with prompt responses. It has stairs as other reviews noted, but we had no issue. Definitely staying there next time. "

"My wife and I found this place on a Tuesday morning for Wednesday-Friday night get away. Very clean, easy to get to, direction from management easy to follow and access. Kids loved the Pool, Spa and exercise area, my wife loved the sauna. Super close to the main lift. The property as a whole is dated but the unit was in great shape and for the price you can’t beat it. Very happy with our experience. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Snowshoe. The location right near Navajo was perfect for us and the amenities were exactly what we needed. Our kids had the best time with the board games and video game console when they were winding down from skiing at the end of the day. We will likely book here again. "

"Property was close to the mountain and on the shuttle stop which was convenient especially during the snow storm when other hotels were snowed in waiting for the plows. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the bedding and a dirty pan left in the oven, but it was fixed with the management company the next day. Extra sheets and blankets were useful for the beds in the meantime. The beds were comfortable and there was nice extras provided at the time like kcups for the coffee maker. We used...
