"We're do I start. The good, unit had great layout on the first floor. Nice recreation room with pool, hot tub, dry sauna, heated underground parking. The bad, bed sheets were stained all the way thrugh to the mattress pad. Did they even wash them? Mix match of old towels, and wash cloths. Minimal amount of the necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent (3) for a 5 night stay. Cheap aluminum foil, scratch Teflon pans. Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down...

"It dumped the day we arrived (17 in) and our front wheel drive vehicle didn’t make it up the drive to the condo (the chains on one of our tires broke so perhaps we would have made it up otherwise?) "We were in Cedar City for a conference so we really only needed a place to sleep, but this was perfect! It was just a mile or so from our conference. It smelled clean when we walked in, and it definitely was. It's in a college area, so there was the smallest bit of traffic in the mornings. The people living upstairs have dogs who seemed to get startled and barked both nights, but only for just a minute. "The location was perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon. After a busy day hiking, it was so nice to come back to the tiny house where it was so quiet and relaxing. We sat outside in the lounge chairs and watched the sunset over the mountains. The house was very clean & comfortable. It had everything we needed."

"This unit is great. Exactly as advertised and had just what we needed. It was super clean and updated. The building itself is pretty run down-the elevator wasn’t working, holes in the ceiling with caution tape and warn carpet that seemed really dirty. The jacuzzi never really got warm and I never saw anyone at reception to ask any questions. We would stay here again because of the unit but the building needs some work. "
