"Great, quiet house on a ranch. Super quiet, great relaxer after visiting the National parks all day. (Bryce Canyon is stunning!) Awesome kitchen and finally a host with some sharp knives! That's a real bonus for us so thank you for that!Communication with our host was awesome. The app really helps. Will be back if we're in the area again. "

"Awesome place cows come right up to your window, fun atmosphere cozy loft type home. The only thing I would have to say that could be better is for the amount you pay if you’re only staying one night is a later check out or the possibility for a later check out 10 AM is really early. It would’ve been nice to check out at noon. other than that awesome place great location cows are really nice and friendly. Definitely going to go back with my girlfriend. She loved it there."

"We had a mini family reunion for those who could not make Christmas. The house brought back memories of the family farm house, some 5 decades ago. We were very happy everyone had their own bedroom! Crisp stroll on a country road, huge dinning room table to have family time. The kitchen was nicely updated without taking away the historical charm. Oh! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! "
