We had a short overnight stay and chose the room with 3 beds which was an excellent option. The beds were comfortable. The bedding could be upgraded but was good enough. The continental breakfast was as sparse as it comes.

Even with the pet fee it was very affordable. The location was perfect for us as we were headed west out of Cedar City on the road the motel is on.
