"The house is fantastic, very clean and easy to find (right near the property market). Checking in was a hassle with security telling us we weren’t on the list so we couldn’t enter the park. People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. After about an hour delay, we got on the list and were able to access the home. We had to pay Venture Out security office another 130, make sure you read the fine...

"Property was exaxtly as described. Could use some updating, but everything was clean and functioning. The house was plenty spacious, but we did spend most of out time on the deck. Wouod stay again! "

"My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!"

"We stayed at the property January 5-9 for a friends fishing trip. The property was good, was clean and well equipped. It met our needs. There was plenty of hot water for 4 people. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a great view of the water."

"Very good location to fish from. We were flats fishing around Summerland Key. Plenty of decent restaurants and shops nearby but not crazy busy. The house has everything we needed. One guy got the bedroom, one got the pull out couch, a I got the twin size bed off the living room. Nice backyard with patio furniture and grill. If you are a light sleeper (I am not) the road noise might be an issue—but it doesn’t start until about 6 am. For us it was perfect! "

"This cozy home was in a convenient location to Key West and had what 4 adults needed for 3 nights. We enjoyed the beds, the bicycles, and the resort amenities. The beds took up the bedrooms, so space was tight. Hot water and pressure were a challenge, as was the wifi."

"Venture Out is a gated community in Cudjoe Key. The house was very clean and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. We visited Key West which is about 30 minutes by car. Great place to stay"
