"Hotel was tranquil and reasonably clean. However, outdoor bathroom and gaps in the wooden windows meant there were heaps of mosquitoes even in the hotel room. The toilet which was located outdoors was also often wet during rainy season. Location wise, it was close to a number of tourist spots that our kids enjoyed. However, this also meant prices within the hotel and surroundings can be quite expensive. Overall, the staff were friendly and food was great. Not sure if I would recommend visiting...

"Beautiful setting , fantastic pool , very secluded but service at the hotel was non existent , very , very limited menu at the restaurant ( rat bait in the corner) Poor transport from the hotel , only one way . Some of the staff were most unhelpful and didn't seem to care . We left after two days and went elsewhere for our last three days ."

"This property is tucked away in Ubud, so getting anywhere will be a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour, plus traffic. Expect almost 1.5-2 hours to get to Canggu/Seminyak. However, it is very quiet and quaint. The area is safe and wonderful to walk up and down the rice paddies. Staff were super kind. Wish the pool and gym area was bigger but honestly, it still did the job. Food is good and lots of healthy options. Highly recommend booking a massage and a yoga nidra session. "

"The conditions of this property were absolutely disgusting. Considering what they charge per night after 2 nights I had to leave. The green mould growing around the exhaust fan, black mould and small mushrooms growing around the toilet, silicone in the shower, and on the tiles: not to mention white mould coming through on the bedroom feature wall cement rendering. Filthy. Constant complaints from the drivers about the villa not even having proper driveway access. Also in wet season. Prepare for...
