"The Bank Street Bungalow was more than we expected. Very clean and cozy. It felt like home. We loved everything about it. Liz even contacted Mother Nature and had her deliver 5” of snow!!! We had a great weekend walking around Mt Airy (Mayberry) and hanging out in the house. Liz was a great host. "Four sisters from Montana, Houston, Atlanta and Floyd - and we enjoyed a long weekend with the leaves changing, fun in Floyd and driving the Blue Ridge Pkwy! The property was gorgeous and we had had plenty of room! The sunrises in the back were picture perfect- the kitchen was well outfitted, spotless! We hope to return! "

"This was a lovely little stay for us. We were traveling with our dog, so we needed somewhere to accommodate us. I would say this place is a bit more pet tolerant than pet friendly, but we were able to make it work. It was clean, efficient, and cute to boot. As others said, the stairs are a bit steeper than expected, but not unmanageable. "

"We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the best one ever! Debbie is an amazing host and her place was amazing, too! Our stay started the day after Christmas, and we were greeted with not one but two fully decorated lit Christmas trees! The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, drinks and everything you could possibly want after a long drive. We will be back again soon! Thank you for the warm Fancy Gap hospitality!!"
