Your Mayberry Get-a-Way Cabin

A super nice cozy log cabin located only 6 miles from Mount Airy and the Andy Griffith Museum. It is sitting on a little farm. Miniature donkeys and pygora goats are on surrounding property. We always provide orange juice, milk, breakfast bread or muffins, with a little bag of candy from Opie's Candy Shop. We are sometimes able to provide fresh eggs when our chickens are laying well. We are pet friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin in Mount Airy for two nights, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The cabin was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, combining rustic charm with modern comforts.The location was absolutely perfect – tucked away in a serene wooded area yet close enough to explore Mount Airy’s quaint shops and attractions. This is not our first time staying at Randy & Kim’s cabin and we are always just so delighted. A beautiful, well-maintained property. A Great Respite!

In a league of their own
Upper echelon host and hostess, Randy and Kim, are clearly in a class of their own! True hospitality and kindness, very easy to work with, and excellent communication. Our stay at their cabin was wonderful. The cabin and the surrounding land is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very conducive to a trip heavy on relaxation. Clean and refreshing. Fall getaway.
Absolutely perfect for us. We wanted to see Pilot Mtn. and Mayberry. However, we didn’t want to stay in hotel. The cabin was everything we hoped it would be and more. Randy and Kim were so nice and accommodating. Jingles was an added plus. I fell in love.

Quiet country get away
Very clean and exceptionally well kept cabin. Outside just as nice as inside. Extras were a surprise and welcome touch. Wish I could have stayed longer but the property is booked. I'm glad I had a couple of days. I will definitely return 😁

Lovely cozy cabin

This cabin is a piece of heaven ! Clean easy to find . Such a sweet farm with animals especially Mr. Jingles ! We had a relaxing stay enjoying the sights of Mayberry in the daytime and watching the Olympics on tv and visiting the farm animals each evening ! The cabin was immaculate and set up perfectly for our needs. The host was timely, friendly, and met all of our needs. I loved watching the goats, donkeys, and turkeys at our windows and enjoyed sitting on the deck. The landscaping is incredible!!
