"My wife and I spent 3 nights for her birthday and loved it! She loved the white lights on the porch and sitting on the swing in the evening. We both enjoyed meeting the animals around the property. The cabin itself was so cozy and the bed so comfortable! It is conveniently located to historic Mount Airy and other places. We would definitely recommend!"

"We chose Valentine’s Day weekend for our stay in Mount Airy, which was a town we have wanted to visit for some time now. Of course we did the touristy stuff and visited all of the Andy Griffith sites, wearing ourselves out. The nicest part of the trip was Liz’s place, where we were able to relax each evening after 2 long days of walking and sightseeing, in an atmosphere that just felt like home. Before the stay Liz was very communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed before our arrival, then checked on us while we were there to make sure everything was what we had expected. It was, and more. If we come back to Mount Airy at any point, I can guarantee we will visits Liz’s place once again. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful, little town. "

"I loved the people! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Check in was easy and because we were there this trip for a funeral they got us into one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and change clothes before the service. They were very understanding and kind. Darrel was extremely helpful, he understood my husband was having health problems and could not walk long distances so he assigned us rooms near an exit we could park close to. We appreciate everything they did for us. "
