"Do not book here, after walking in the heat for 30 mins to this place and walking up 3 floors with all my stuff they tell me that they are full and that they switched my booking to another place, had to walk back almost all the way I had walked and uo another 2 floors and then they told me that it was another hostle, I got pissed and they said ok I could stay there. What a nightmare on a hot afternoon, took almost 3 hours to get sorted. "

The place is very clean with fresh towels, clean linen. My only complaint is that the hostel is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for us North Americans) and if your luggage is big and heavy it is a bit of a challenge - there is no lift/elevator."

"Great location and amazing friendly staff, located in the old town square which east to find and check-in. Location is prim!!! Little noisy at odd times in the night but go figure, I was there for one night and happens to be over a Saturday/Sunday night. Otherwise I would stay again. Ps, this was my first time staying at a hostel and was a positive experience!"

"Lovely, welcoming hostel in the Kazimierz district. Well situated for lots of good bars and restaurants. The hostel is clean, bright and comfortable and the comms before arrival to arrange airport transport and self check-in was top notch. Have stayed before and will stay again! Great value"

"Upon arrival they could not find my booking, made through Hotels.com, however the man at reception was very helpful and after about 5 mins everything was sorted. The room itself was basic however as I was only there for 2 nights while i visited Krakow it had everything i needed. Location is easy to get to by tram and well lit for walking home at night (I was alone and didn't feel unsafe in the area). My room was a single with onsuite, there was a large wardrobe, table and chairs, TV and towels...

"As budget travellers who have been on the move for a while, this was the first accommodation we have stayed in that we were rely dissapointed with. I assume they tried to do Contactless check in, however the numbers left for us to contact left us with no response for a when so we stood out in the cold waiting.
