"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "Perfect stay with family in Krakow. The accommodation was super comfortable and cosy. Walking distance to all main attractions, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend. "

"Easy to find from the old town square, short walking distance. Also right by a tram station, though I didn't use it. There's a convenience store nearby. Good communication as they messaged me saying were unable to provide the breakfast and refunded me when I checked in. Nice size room with en suite, had a fridge and kettle. You can hear people walking by though most places I stay are like this so I always take ear plugs. Great value for money "
