"Place was so modern and perfect for any length of stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend after cold walks around the city! The kitchen had what we needed. The bed was so spacious and insanely comfy. If I had to find a fault it was that we could hear the nearby church at the palace which chimes every 15mins but didn't keep us awake and had to really listen out for it. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...

"As you walk up the stairs to the apartment there is a strange smell of stale food which is quite sickly Once in the apartment you cannot smell it The apartment is in a fantastic location and is clean "

"I do not recommend it to anyone. I made a reservation and paid in advance. When I arrived at the location, there was no one to welcome me or my family. There were 5 of us. We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."

"When I arrived at the hotel late (I had messaged ahead to say what time I would arrive) there was no answer when I pressed the buzzer. I phoned them and was let in by a member of staff who apologised for having fallen asleep. My room was very close to the desk which wasn’t ideal because I could hear other guests moving around and arriving, but I have to say everytime I passed there was not a member of staff there. The biggest problem I had at this hotel was other guests being noisy, although...

"The location of this place is fabulous, although it can be a little difficult to find at first. The room we had was huge, and had a nice TV. The shared bathrooms were quite filthy, so they could probably up their hygiene standards. I used the bathroom at their hostel across the road where you check in- and they actually seemed cleaner than the ones for the private rooms. Overall though, what a great stay in Krakow!! "
