"This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. "We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"Nice clean place, walking distance everywhere. Overall good value for money. Could do with extra pillows as they were very small and thin. No parking only off street -impossible to find a spot! We end up parking at near 5* hotel for 160zl per night. Breakfast was inlcuded and delivered to door - again very good! "
