The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to how they interacted with the kids during activities! I wish the water and pools were warmer but still wonderful! The atmosphere was on point! "This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! "

"With the theme park closed we got a great rate on the room so we figured why not. Enjoyed all the memorabilia of Dolly’s that were displayed. He dinner at the Song & Hearth which was good but we were seated in the back all by ourselves which given the hotel was not filled was a bit disappointing. "
